Our Business Model

Clear, fixed fees. Simple. Combined with a high quality service, administered by recruitment professionals. Our costs include advertising, pre-interviewing and selection, referencing and background checks, before submission of a shortlist.

Temporary Rates

We ask our clients to dictate the pay rate that is paid to temporary workers and from this, we calculate our rates incorporating Holiday Pay, Employers NI and our margin of just 10% (for pay rates up to £10.00). Any clients who employ a member of our temporary team can, after a period of 12 weeks, convert them to their own permanent team for no charge. This, our most popular recruitment model, is known as ‘temp to perm’.

Permanent Recruitment

Methods of candidate resourcing have changed dramatically within the last 10 years with the majority of recruitment campaigns being coordinated via the internet. In recognition of this change in direction for our industry, we offer a very clear and fair pricing model for the supply of Permanent staff:

Salaries up to £14,999	Fixed fee of £250 (plus VAT)
Salaries between £15,000 and £19,999	Fixed fee of £500 (plus VAT)
Salaries between £20,000 and £29,999	Fixed fee of £1000 (plus VAT)
Salaries between £30,000 and £34,999	Fixed fee of £2000 (plus VAT)
Salaries exceeding £35,000	7.5% of annual salary (plus VAT)
